Demand for resources is set to continue to be strong . China has opened back up and with it , strong demand for our mining sector and more particularly for Darwin , our LNG ( 40 per cent of Australian LNG is sold to China ). This supports prices , particularly in a city where construction is currently being constrained by rising costs and employment demand from other sectors .
