Supply Throughout February we saw an increase in the volume of ‘ New Listings ’ coming onto the market . An increase of 10 per cent compared to the same period last year . However in saying this , the volume of sales are outweighing the volume of ‘ New Listings ’ hitting the market . This is having a significant impact on the ‘ Total Available Listings ’ that are currently on the market for sale . There are currently 15,750 properties for sale for buyers to choose from which is 8.31 per cent less compared to this time last year . These stock levels continue to favour our sellers .
