This positivity encouraged buyer activity , both from locals and from interstate . The end result was the highest level of price growth in the final quarter of 2021 ever recorded . Prices surged 12.5 per cent in just three months , following an increase of 10.3 per cent the previous quarter . While the national focus is on the slowdown in Sydney and Melbourne , there is no hint of slowdown in Adelaide at present .
