The pandemic has resulted in the strongest house price growth conditions ever recorded . But 2022 is starting to feel a bit different . COVID-19 continues to rage but the days of frequent lockdowns are now over as we look to a way to live with it long term . The first set of finance restrictions have now been put in place and although interest rates may or may not rise this year , there is a realisation that an increase may happen sooner than initially anticipated .
