Shifting away from last year’s studio showcase of work-
in-progress presentations, this year, RawGround: Clutter
promotes an active sharing of research ideas. Thus, in
line with the belief that time is of essence in craft making,
our creators dialogue with the audience on their thought-
processes.
Owning their distinct themes of ‘Clutter’, you will observe
the concept of Feng Shui that re-orientates space in Jeryl
Lee’s work; a self-confrontation regarding the clutter of the
mind by Matthew Goh and a delicate interlacing of three
individual women’s search for common points amidst
the disarray of daily activities in Ebelle Chong’s piece in
collaboration with Neo Hong Chin and Pat Toh.
That said, please note that each sharing session by the
creators will last for no longer than 30 mins.
We hope you will enjoy and contribute to the sharing
sessions.
Thank you.
