Rishi Jasapara, IT “P eople do not remember what you have told them but they always remember what you did for them and how you made them feel”. This is the quote I like to live by. People are good to you if you treat them in a good way and to earn respect you have to give respect. This ideology always sticks by me no matter what. I am a simple and a straightforward guy, always cherishing every moment that passes by. I am fond of music and it is the only thing that makes me move my lazy bum. I am lazy to the core, but I get equally excited about things that fascinate me. I do not believe in fairy tales and I also do not believe in luck and destiny. You have to build your own wonderland with your own hard-work. Seeing dreams is easy, fulfilling them is not. It is a road of stones and pits, which goes through tumbles and rumbles but always makes you reach your destination. Being born and brought up in Dubai, I shifted to India in 2000 and I further plan to study and settle in the United States with probably my own company flourishing in the ‘Silicon Valley’. I wish to roam the entire world one day (like everyone wishes :p ). I have always dreamt big and always look forward to achieving them. Another thing that always glues me to it is coding. What immense pleasure it gives to create new things and get appreciated by people that in some way or the other changes the way they live and function! Even a simple solution to a simple problem is what simply satisfies me. Technology drives me and I love being surrounded by technology on all sides. BTW, I am not a geek but yes I am passionate for technologies and also for building technological beauties. Probably, this was the reason that the Raw Ink team found a worthwhile Technical Lead in me. I am responsible for creating and finalizing the design of the magazine, making it LIVE! on the internet and making the magazine ‘technologically sound and equipped’. Sometimes, I might just contribute by writing an article or two (obviously if I am allowed by the ‘Editor in Chief’ :p ). I might then have another badge of being an ‘Ink Expert’ for the magazine. Looking forward to make the magazine go green, save paper and make it available online to all. Maybe this would help me reduce my ‘Carbon Footprints’. I hope that you all would appreciate the online version of the magazine and keep giving feedbacks about the same so as to make the magazine better and obviously one of its kind. Message to the readers – “Be sure to stand in the right place and then make sure you always stand by”. Rishi B. Jasapara Technical and Design Head, ‘Raw Ink’ 32
