T
he long dusty roads lead to a faded white
building that looks languid from outside.
Upon entry it is resplendent with activity and
a characteristic buzz. Yes, welcome to Shree
L.R. Tiwari College of Engineering! A little
offbeat, but unapologetic of itself, it does have
this special zeal as does every other
engineering college, certainly more! I am
Pratik More, proud to belong to the first batch
to enter and very soon to leave this institution.
Yes the very batch which has seen the college
grow from its empty glory filled with just 4
classrooms and a handful of professors to this
‘giant’ it seems to us now. Over the years, this
institution has seen more changes internally
(yup that’s it) and is becoming more and more
complex for us simpletons to decode! (Yes, I
belong to Computers’ :P) Entering the final year involves a lot of anxiety about career and project.
But I was more skeptical about something else too. Will the juniors taking over be able to continue
and grow? Oh yes they do!! From helping us initially, to totally organizing events, they sure have
proved every skeptic wrong! (That includes me) Getting involved right from their first year, jumping
into every possible activity, they are well and truly able to take over the reigns! And with Aditya Raval
at the forefront, able hands look written all over. Raw Ink marks a new foray for this Institution and
is yet another step towards becoming complete. Being an “Ink expert” for our College’s first
magazine, this venture will unwrap a wholly new pot of ideas. A team filled with crazy people, I feel
I am the only sane person around. Or am I a bird of the same feather? Writing this article, I feel I am
already becoming one of them. With Raval in the lead this is going to be one exciting memorable
