That’s really nice sir, Respect. So now when you see yourself, what you were few years back and what you are today. Do you feel like I have achieved a lot? P: Yeah, obviously. What makes me feel even happier is that everyone here calls me “Sir”. When I used to deliver newspapers and even milk, I used to say “Sir aapka paper” but today everyone calls me Sir. Y: I feel very proud when even Rahul sir and Tiwari sir call us Sir. That is really nice sir *claps*. What are your hobbies? P: I like playing cricket. I used to play cricket a lot. And, I like cooking also. You can say cooking is my hobby. Y: I like to learn about new technologies, I keep learning new things if I ever get chance. Even if a student teaches or shows me anything new, I don’t let it pass. I try my best to learn that new stuff and gain more and more knowledge about it. I don’t care who it is, I just like to gain knowledge about technologies from wherever it comes. And, I really like programming. Whenever I get free time I do programming problems. If ever I get a chance to do anything in that field, I will leave everything and do it. You both have seen this college from level zero. I mean when both of you joined SLRTCE, we had only 2 labs and 2 floors. So what do you think about it now? P: College has definitely grown a lot. And we are planning to improve it even more. We were planning to give every student their own login id through which they can excess any computer in college and when they login through there id they can get all their data on that computer itself. But that couldn’t be done because we need VPN servers for that which are not available here. It’s okay but, initially we didn’t even have a server room but today look at us. We will gradually go there as well. If you both get a chance to take class in this college. Which topic will you choose to teach us? P: I can teach Networking. I mean if any student asks me anything related to computer networks I will be happy to teach him. Everything about hubs, switches, cables, color coding, router, wireless services, wiffi, peer to peer cables or anything related to networking. Y: Programming, I will always be happy to teach programming to any student. Languages like c or java. Even php, sql and all. Which is the most memorable day for you in this college? Y: I don’t have any specific day as such, but whenever any student asks me to help him and shows me respect I feel happy. There is one day tough, which I won’t forget when we went to Sethji’s birthday celebration. Many students like Sagar Acharya, Uday Joshi and even Nina madam helped me a lot that day. We all worked together and I really enjoyed that. 28
