Need assistance on game day? The guest
services team is here to help.
To ask a question or seek assistance with a
problem or issue:
• Locate your nearest usher, security
guard, police offi cer or guest services
team member.
• Visit any of the guest services booths
located on the main concourse outside
sections 223, 244 and 202; in the upper
concourses outside sections 410 and
436; and in the US Assure Clubs on the
ground level and immediately outside
of the elevator on the lower and upper
levels.
• Text “ASSIST” followed by the location
and a brief description of the issue to
58154. Texting is also available in the
parking lots beginning two hours prior
to kickoff and one hour post-game.

If you have a question or concern and would
like to provide feedback following the game,
you may do so in any of the following three
ways:
• Pick up a guest comment card from
any guest services booth and mail it
to Jacksonville Jaguars, ATTN: Guest
Services, One EverBank Field Drive,

• Call the Jaguars ticket offi ce at (904)
633-2000 (option ‘1’) Monday through
Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

click on the “general feedback” link
If you plan on purchasing an alcoholic
beverage at the game, please make sure
you have your proof of age identifi cation
with you. In accordance with the NFL’s Best
Practices for Fan Conduct, age identifi cation
must be presented by everyone purchasing
an alcoholic beverage.
ALCOHOL POLICY REMINDERS
For the safety of all guests, Delaware North
has implemented the following alcohol
service policy at EverBank Field:
• Vertical drivers licenses from any state
will NOT be accepted as a valid for of ID
• Valid vertical military ID cards will be
accepted
• All persons who order alcohol will have
their ID checked each time they order
alcohol
• No person will receive more than two
alcoholic beverages per ID presented at
time of purchase
• Each double cocktail counts as two (not
one) drinks
