Dear Rampage Participants and Guests ,
I would like to welcome you on behalf of Hart High School and the Hart Regiment to Rampage ! Congratulations to all the bands for participating in this high-level competition and for your commitment to the arts . At Hart High School , which is just one of a select few to be recognized by the State of California as an Exemplary Arts Education Program , we understand the value of a high quality arts education and the positive impact it makes on the academic program .
We also recognize everything that has led you to this competition today . The entire Hart High School and Hart District community commend you for the years of practice and dedication that led up to this moment in time . I would also like to thank the Hart Regiment parents and instructors for once again pulling together and hosting this incredible event ; it would not take place without your tremendous commitment and effort . Finally , thank you to our Director of Bands , Mr . Anthony Bailey , for his efforts in making the Hart High School instrumental program one of the very finest in the nation .
