On behalf of Hart High School and the Hart Regiment, I am delighted to welcome you to the 41st Annual Rampage! Congratulations to all the participating bands for your dedication, artistry, and pursuit of excellence in this premier competition. At Hart High School, we are one of a select few institutions recognized by the State of California as an Exemplary Arts Education Program. We take great pride in supporting the arts and celebrating the profound impact that high quality arts education has on academic and personal growth.
We also acknowledge the countless hours of rehearsal, perseverance, and teamwork that have brought you here today. The entire Hart High School and Hart District community applauds your hard work and commitment to your craft. A heartfelt thank you goes to the Hart Regiment parents and instructors, whose tireless dedication and teamwork make this remarkable event possible year after year. And of course, sincere appreciation to our Director of Bands, Mr. Anthony Bailey, for his leadership and for continuing to build one of the finest instrumental music programs in the nation.
