When you are fasting

GOAL: MAINTENANCE NOT DEFICIT

What to avoid:

SIMPLE OR REFINED CARBOHYDRATES SUCH AS: White flour, patties, donuts, croissants, cakes, biscuits, sweets.
These all provide satisfaction for a very small period of time and cause a sugar crash.
CAFFEINATED DRINKS:
Coffee has caffeine which can lead to insomnia and restlessness.
