Rallye Monte Carlo / Rally-eMags Round-up
Hyundai
The Koreans have not been very lucky. The tricky
conditions trapped their lead driver who perhaps
a bit over eager, slipped off the road after setting
the fastest split time on the very first split of Hyundai’s maiden rally. Bad luck we hope. That Dani
Sordo was deprived of a good result by a simple
wire that came loose is a typical case of ‘sh*t hap22/40

pens’ Sordo too was fast, but it is still a bit early to
really see where Hyundai is. But one thing we can
say. We are impressed by the professional way
the Korean constructor presents itself. It shows a
proper involvement that we can use very well in
our sport.
