About Us
With the growing demand of aluminium products across various
industries, the Bhoruka Group established BhorukaFabcons
Pvt Ltd (BFPL) in the year 2007. The primary activity of BFPL
was to process aluminium extrusions into turnkey products.
Our focus is on the ‘industrial’ applications - Transport, OEMs,
Aerospace and Defence products.
Over the years, BFPL has grown in size and services.
Today, our team comprises of over 60 members catering to
~75 customers across the globe. With the applications of
aluminium growing, BFPL has built its infrastructure and team
to offer the below services –
• Design – We support in designing products to fit the
application and optimize manufacturing.
• Prototype Manufacturing – We offer prototype services
which includes tool manufacturing and latest technology
to expedite product launch.
• Special Purpose Machine (SPM) – We build machines
for scalability and productivity.

Contract Manufacturing – Major sales contribution is
from contract manufacturing.
Our customer base ranging from small scale industries, to
MNCs namely Asahi Glass, AISIN, Bombardier, Alstom,
Stanley Black and Decker, UTC Aerospace Systems,
BOSCH, GE Healthcare, TATA Motors to name a few. We
also export to GCC region, Finland, Canada, Australia and
exploring further opportunities.
Our emphasis on ‘value addition’ and ‘project management’
sets us apart from the competition.
The founders have been in the non-ferrous metal industry for
over three decades which brings unparalleled insight into our
workings. We strive to serve our customers with any queries
about the aluminium industry in India.
BFPL is certified with ISO 9001: 2015 and EN 15085 welding
certification. We have 2 manufacturing units located in
Mysore (Karnataka), and marketing offices in Bangalore, and
Pune. It would be a pleasure to hear about your business
activities and evaluate if BFPL can partner with you. We
believe in long term partnership, and take our customer

ecoming a Grade One Loco Pilot running a
premier [Shatabdi / Rajdhani] Train in India is
no mean task. From date of joining, it can take
up to 30 years : Assistant Loco Pilot [Diploma] –
10 Years Shunter– 5 Years Freight Pilot– 5
Years All-Stop Passenger Pilot – 2 to 5 Years
Mail Express Pilot – 2 to 5 Years Grade One Loco Pilot. A
Driver Training Simulator can help shorten this process and
also improve driver efficiency. Unfortunately, super-expensive
motion-based simulators require massive infrastructure,
limiting their installations to only a handful of Driver Training
Centres all over the country.
Stemming from the above requirement, IR recently on-
boarded a new technology that provides non-motion-based
full-function Virtual Reality simulators. This innovative
solution, christened “EcoSafe” by its developers, provides
compact size and lower cost [about one-fourth the cost
of a regular motion-based simulator] without any loss in
functionality, allowing massive scalability.
The first unit of EcoSafe is being built for IR’s New Train-18
Trainset by Prag Group of Industries using software and
technology from REDS SA, Poland. EcoSafe will provide
the actual Train-18 driver controls and functionality in Virtual
Reality and will come with a 35 km test route that will model
the actual signaling, track profiling, etc. of IR. Additionally, the
physical console will include the actual driver’s desk and all
controls. The product will be backed by cloud-based software
ensuring real-time maintenance, upgrade, and service
support.

Besides training, there are two additional key features (1)
Measurement of Efficiency [M.O.E], i.e. the level of fuel /
electricity consumption and how the same can be optimized
through better driving, and (2) Measurement of Emergency
Response Time [M.E.R.T] using artificial simulated scenarios
such as falling of a tree, vehicle or cattle on track, and track
disruptions / undulations. Loco Pilots can be graded based
on their driving efficiency and Emergency Response Time.
By regular training on EcoSafe, Loco Pilots can improve both
these scores.
Conventionally, to get training, a loco pilot has to take
a ‘leave-of-absence’ from duty and travel to a Training
Centre. “IR has more than 200 Loco Pilot lobbies in its
network. With the EcoSafe Concept, now – for the first
time – it is possible to bring the trainer to the trainee”,
says Gokul Jain, CEO, Prag Group.
