ING STICK, circa 1870, the grip a carved aggressive wild cat head with exposed
canines and wearing a high shirt collar, on a rosewood shaft with three ivory spac-
ers, ending in a bone ferrule. Length 36 ½ in.

LADY’S WALKING STICK, circa 1870, finely carved bas relief floral and foli-
ate motif knob grip with un-engraved name plaque shield, leaf and ring collar above
a wood and ivory coiled serpent section with tropical wood spacer, cherry and ebony
inlaid triangles, continuing to a tapering cherrywood shaft, ending in a bone ferrule.
