attributed to Frederic Sackrider Remington (American 18611909) depicting a man on horseback descending a steep cliff
face. Height 25 ¼ in.
Note: Remington was an American painter, illustrator and sculptor.
Celebrated for his depictions of cowboys, Native Americans and
soldiers, he played a major role in defining the persistent popular image
of the “Old West.”

TABLE, English, 2nd half of the 19th century, rectangular highly
figured elmwood top with molded edge on a columned trestle

painted in reddish brown and black over a creamy
orange slip with a repeating design of avian motifs,
signed on the base. Height 6 ¼ in. Diameter 13 in.

the 19th century, the catlinite (pipestone) T-shaped bowl of “Four
Winds” type, the ashwood stem carved with animal totems and
bound with multicolored plaited quillwork. Length 35 ¾ in.

CRADLEBOARD, late 19th century, tapering
elongated triangular board with round top,
covered in soft hide decorated with a polychrome
beaded panel and red and blue wool trimmed
aperture with hide lacing, hide fringe and strap
