MIRROR, early 19th century, the circular convex plate surrounded by
a reeded ebonized slip within a stylized foliate-carved torus-molded
frame surmounted by a spread-winged eagle, dangling orb and rockwork
cresting flanked by coiled serpent-headed acanthus scrolls with a shellcentered acanthus pendant issuing two scrolling candle-arms.
