We are different from each other! It's good, isn't it?
If we were all the same, we would get very bored and,
worse, we would have the same ways of solving problems,
we would think, feel, imagine in the same way, the world
would be monotonous and would not evolve at this rate .
But diversity also raises problems! We are different in
terms of age, income, education, social position, religion,
ethnicity, sexual orientation, etc., but the great challenge is
the cultural differences between people. When we talk about
having our own opinion, of thinking in a unique way that
differentiates us from the rest of the world, here we are not
talking about equality but differentiation. Actually,
Being different means being unique.
