with a bit of history on each Fellow was laid out on a SAIRAC display table . They were given their boards to take home and were handed a biltong knife as a gift of appreciation for their contribution to the industry . The Fellows were appreciative of the honour shown them .
Finally , a special thanks to Jade , the KZN secretary , as well as to Deborah Banks , for their assistance in the organising , advertising , booking as well as the table settings and props that were designed and put together to make this event successful . SAIRAC KZN thanks those in the committee who went out of their way to promote the event and to all of those who attended because without their support their efforts would be in vain . RACA
