ALCONTROL SMART CONNECT

Provider of alcohol and drug testing equipment , ALCO-Safe , has launched the newest version of its workplace alcohol testing system , ALCONTROL Smart Connect . This unmanned breathalyser is mounted onto a turnstile to control entry of employees or can be mounted onto a wall as a self-test breathalyser for employees to test themselves prior to entry into their respective workplace .

This new version addresses significant integrability challenges experienced in the past , between the breathalyser device , the biometric system and the turnstile . By introducing Wiegand , RS485 , LAN , Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity and a new communication protocol , the device is easily compatible with any of the existing biometric employee identification and access control system companies may already have in place . The name Alcontrol Smart Connect leads to its focus on easy connectivity and integration .

THE NEW SEMI-HERMETIC PRODUCT PORTFOLIO OF GEA

At Chillventa 2022 in Nuremberg , Germany , GEA presented two new screw compressor models , the GEA CompaX 350 and 400 . GEA is also launching the brand-new GEA Grasso X semihermetic screw compressor packages . For the GEA BluX chiller , there will be major technical enhancements and adaptations for optimal implementation to the compressors .

In the introductory phase , the new GEA CompaX 350 and 400 models are available as both packages and chillers . The new GEA Grasso X semi-hermetic screw compressor packages are offering maximum flexibility and efficiency with a minimum footprint and overall cost . Customers can choose between a single version and a multipackage . The multipackage can optionally be configured by the customer with two , three or four identical CompaX 350 or 400 units in parallel arrangement .

The ALCONTROL unit has an option for camera installation that can be used for identity verification purposes , and along with a new RS-485 communication port , the system can be easily integrated with facial recognition technology .

ALCONTROL enables proper visitor control and is the only system currently available that is capable of integrating with the Bluetooth-based devices used to scan license discs upon arrival at a business complex . Now capable of easy on-site swop out of pre-calibrated modules , the calibration process is essentially plug-and-play .

PROTECTOL FLEXIBLE SEAL AND COATING SURFACE PROTECTOR

Protectol is a flexible seal and coating surface protector formulated to shield and protect equipment from harsh environmental conditions . Protectol will also prevent moisture and oils from forming on electrical and industrial equipment .
