RICKARD AIR DIFFUSION Rickard Air Diffusion is excited to be exhibiting our unified approach to air diffusion at FRIGAIR this year . We will be showing how easily our Zone Controller is designed to work with your AHU and Rickard diffuser network with a building we are controlling live . Our Zone controller has been designed to make the setup , testing , monitoring , scheduling , and management of all the parts of your HERVAC system quicker , easier , and more affordable than ever .
We will also be showing our Multi-Zone FCU Controller . The controller connects with Rickard ’ s VAV diffusers so that the FCU can handle multiple VAV zones without the need for pressure sensors or dampers . We connect through our tried and tested MLM system , so it can regulate the fan speed and hence duct pressure from the ducted diffusers ’ average demand . SANITIZAIR Sanitizair ® MESP ® stands for Micro- Electrostatic Precipitator , which is a new generation air purification technology . MESP is highly efficient at removing airborne particles like PM2.5 , fungus , dust , pollen , soot , smoke and powerfully sterilises and deactivates viruses and bacteria . The particle collection filter is an innovative dielectric with an intense electrical field which enables the removal of even the tiniest particles without a high-pressure-drop fibre matrix . Airborne particles get an electrical charge , then pass into a honeycomb of hollow polymer flutes .
Encased between rows of flutes are thin electrode sheets , which generate intense electrical fields . The polymer flute ’ s dielectric material prevents current from flowing between electrodes even though an intense electric field is generated . Charged pollutant particles are pulled to the walls of the flutes and adhere . With the unique volt-ampere characteristic curve of Sanitizair MESP technology the current gets smaller even as the voltage increases . The result : high voltage and low current without the potential dangers of electrode damage . The unique nano PP-made filter is washable , with a lifespan exceeding 10 years with just a small attenuation effect . The total running cost is much lower than traditional media filter products , with no secondary impact on the environment .
