The buildings’ design and mechanical system implemented are designed to provide thermally comfortable interior spaces. It is recommended that the design temperature bandwidth is monitored through the building management system, for deviation from set-point. The building owner can also do annual surveys to check if tenants are still satisfied and thermally comfortable.
