GENERATE HOT WATER UP TO 120 ° C
LOCAL DRIVE- ASSEMBLY SLASHES LEAD TIMES
Trane Exergy P-series heat pumps generate hot water very efficiently even when running at partial capacity . A culmination of years of research and development work , energy-efficient and reliable piston compressors keep the operating and maintenance costs down .
The versatility of these heat pumps can be further extended with optional extra equipment , making them suitable for a wide range of different applications . Having the same design language as the actual heat pump itself , extension modules can be used to equip the heat pump with extra pump and valve groups .
Benefits :
• Suitable for large residential buildings
• Combined cooling and heating
• Heat recovery at refrigeration plant ( ammonia , HFC , CO2 )
• Heat recovery from industrial processes ( evaporators , cooling towers , driers )
• Heat recovery from waste waters
• Standard control features include clear and easy to use graphical user interface that controls one or multiple Exergy heat pumps
• Control according to the temperature of the cold and / or hot solution produced
• Control of the brine circulation pumps on the cold and / or the hot side
• Modbus RTU bus interface as standard , optionally available Modbus TCP , Profibus , BACnet and Profinet bus interfaces
• Remote monitoring possibility
• Series capacity between 30 and 2000kW2

SEW-Eurodrive ’ s expanded local capability out of its new Aeroton facility will include the assembly of SEW MACC air-cooled condenser drives slashing current lead times from overseas OEMs by approximately 36 weeks .
Built as part of SEW-Eurodrive ’ s M-Series modular industrial gear ( IG ) units , the MACC is a purpose designed gearbox solution for driving the modern fan-based air-cooled condenser ( ACC ) systems used in steam-driven power generation plants .
An ACC fan works in the same way as any cooling fan , but in power stations and industrial condensing systems they need to generate huge air flows to efficiently condense exhaust steam from turbines .
Highlighting some key innovations :
• stiffer case with built-in cooling veins has been developed for improved cooling .
• internal extended bearing distance system has also been incorporated which better enables the gearbox bearings to accommodate the very high axial and radial forces transferred through the fan and the drive shaft .
• optional dry-well is also included to better prevent oil leakage at the output shaft .
• can handle higher loads
• built-in maintenance brake for when servicing is required – preventing turning the fan and the main shaft
