T ecsa R eco HOSTS
FIRST GOLF DAY
On 11 September 2018, TecsaReco held its first golf day at the prestigious
Wingate Park Country Club in Pretoria.
“T
o call it a TecsaReco day is a bit unfair, as the idea was
to get our suppliers and customers together,” explains
managing director, Alan Brown. “Without their support, the day
could not have happened.”
The day kicked off with a shotgun start and consisted of a field of
72 players. Luckily, the weather played more than its part and so
everyone enjoyed a lovely summer’s day. The teams played some
quality golf and Brown noted that it is hard to believe that these
‘social’ players have full-time jobs. There was even a celebrity on
the field as well — former world heavyweight boxing champion
Kallie ‘Die Bek’ Knoetze also took part.
During the prize-giving ceremony, Gareth Smit (regional
manager TecsaReco) did a presentation on TecsaReco. He talked
about the TecsaReco product range, which consists of over 30 000
lines including domestic refrigeration, heating, commercial
refrigeration, and HVAC products.
His presentation was followed by one from TecsaReco’s
national air-conditioning manager, Selvyn Niebhur. Niebhur also
did a TCL presentation and showed some exciting new models
that TecsaReco is launching in the next few months.
WINNERS

Every player received a prize, but there could be only one
winner. The day was won by the Dos-Air team consisting of
Anton Esterhuizen, Kobus Oosthuizen, Gavin Froneman, and
Kallie Knoetze.
