Life
This photo represents a good friend
of Gaëlle and her family, a family that
Gaëlle admires for its simplicity. As
she describes it, children are children.
A mother who is mother, carrying the
next child. A father who is father. A life
that is beautiful and soft. For her, this
photo represents each person naturally.
“The wind seems to be palpable, visible.
It blows in the love that emerges from
that family, gets rich, becomes heavy
and fills the faces of people walking
around with its harvest. The inspiration
of this photo came to me from there.”
The line
As the artist describes it, this picture
represents a walk taken during the
hot month of June. “Small wind.
Family filled with laughter. They are
beautiful, they love each other. They
are inspiring. The walk, the train, ice
cream, homecoming and moments full
of natural. The exchange of knowledge,
cries, and daily moments caught on
the fly, captured on the spot. All one
behind the other, on line towards
another moment.”
The break
“It’s raining, there’s water everywhere.
The dress is white, the evening
just started. Should we stop at the
subway? We take 5 minutes, we kiss,
and we let the time pass. This is what
happened during this photo shoot last
October. A simple photo that shows
exactly what love is. Simply.”
