The main points were:

1. Language requirements should be well-defined (i.e., depending on the profession, personal goals, etc.).

2. Needs-based language courses are more efficient.

3. It is also possible to integrate through Swedish language but what does this actually mean in practice? How do Swedish language skills transform into real jobs?

The World Café method was used to facilitate group discussion. The topics were:

1. Language skills: additional language courses or recognition of existing language skills?

2. Professional qualifications: should it be recognition or re-education?
