LOCAL LOVE: Sara and Kyle

Our stationery was one of my favorite aspects
of our wedding. I wanted our guests to feel
as if they were receiving a warm and inviting
hand-written note to our wedding and our
RSVP included a space where guests could re-
ply with a sweet note. We catered to our guests
throughout the entire day. After our first look,
which was centered around a truly beautiful
and unique tree installation that our florist de-
signed, we hosted a pre-ceremony bourbon bar
stocked with Kyle’s favorite bourbons, a lem-
onade bourbon splash and hors d’oeuvres for
us to enjoy with our families and closet friends
before the festivities began.
Our ceremony was kept simple to focus on
what this day was truly about, our love for each
other and the vows we were promising to each
other. Our guests were greeted at cocktail hour
after the ceremony with our signature cocktails,
a bourbon old fashion and lemon drop marti-
nis which were completed with a fresh pansy
and custom drink label. The signature drinks
were passed on hand painted drink trays,
adorned with custom cocktail napkins and Mr.
Korb, Mrs. Korb and Main Squeeze drink stir-
rers. While mingling ensued, children enjoyed
themselves with breaking open a handmade
lemon piñata full of candy and treats. As they
