We ’ ve recently been following a few local balloon decor artists and are just amazed at what they can do . What is a balloon décor artist you ask ? It is someone that creates custom and / or traditional balloon décor like bouquets , arches , columns , or balloon sculptures . They can build large , more extravagant displays for events and we find them amazing and all the buzz right now . There are just so may possibilities .
