A : Here are a few helpful tips ! First , see the average temperature during the month you will be celebrating your party to prepare for the best-- and worst . Don ’ t leave food uncovered since chances are you will attract lots of bugs . Anything that needs to be kept cool is best to leave inside a fridge or cooler to avoid anything going bad . Heaters will be needed once the sun goes down to make sure your guests are comfortable . And finally , be sure to let your guests know as well so they can prepare .
