Q : What are a few tips for an outdoor celebration ?
A : When planning an outdoor party , overprepare ! One thing out of our control is the weather , which is why you must consider the comfort of your guests when celebrating in the open air . Let them know ahead of time that the event will be outdoors , so they make sure to bring a coat and dress accordingly . Be sure to have a canopy and heaters ready to go . Lastly , have a cool designated place for all the food and drinks , especially the cake !
