Q : Can I only have chambelanes or do I have to also include damas ?

A : HAVING A COURT OF HONOR , DOESN ’ T ALWAYS CONSIST OF HAVING BOTH DAMAS AND CHAMBELANES . If you choose to ONLY have chambelanes or ONLY have damas , that is fine . There ’ s no wrong or right way of celebrating a Quinceanera , a few decide to stay with the traditions , and others simply want to change the narrative just a bit . Do not feel compromised with following ALL the traditions if these do not work out for you and your family . Enjoy your coming-of-age celebration the way you like .
