is featured in a piece about Bronson Women’s Service, the first hospital-based nurse-midwifery practice in southwest Michigan based out of Bronson Methodist Hospital. In the 20 years since they opened their doors, they have served more than 20,000 women and attended the births of more than 13,000 babies. The practice was awarded the ACNM With Women for a Lifetime Golden Commendation this spring. Slager also appeared on a radio show that was aired several times locally surrounding the occasion.
