The Denovo QuickBiz™ Industry Solutions are ‘out-of-the-box’ industry vertical solutions that provide fast

The deployment methodology for these solutions consists of five stages with the following assumptions,
activities and deliverables:
1. Plan
2. Architect
This stage further defines the overall project scope and
develops the procedures and mechanisms to plan, control,
and complete the project.
This stage provides a common understanding of customerwide business requirements and processes.
During the Configure stage, Denovo consultants will
complete the configuration and model the solution
based on the business process specifications identified
in the Business Process Workshops.

5. Go-Live

The Test stage consists of four separate efforts:
1) Integration Testing, 2) System Testing,
3) User Acceptance Testing, 4) Performance Testing.
Once the project has met all of the exit criteria for
the Test stage, the customer is ready to move to
the Go-Live stage.
