Describe your job.

I am currently a Graduate Electrical Engineer at Kenya Electricity Transmission Company, KETRACO. My job involves service to humanity as it entails the design and construction of electricity transmission infrastructure hence ensuring efficient power and energy to all.

What problem does your job help to solve? How does your job make the world a better place?

My job improves the transmission of electricity hence quality and reliable power is made available to consumers.

Why did you choose a career in Engineering? What was your greatest influence in making the decision?

I chose engineering because the profession is built on the idea of improving systems to help humanity and also because of the global opportunities it presents.

What are you passionate about?

I am passionate about helping others despite how little my help is because I believe we are blessed to bless others.

What would you enjoy doing even if you were not paid to do it?

Interior Design

Travelling, volunteer work and networking.

What advice would you give your 16 year old self?

Your dreams are valid. You only need to hold on to what is right and worthy. Prayer is also a key to a life of happiness and contentment.
