Thank you for taking the time to visit our school.
We hope that you will enjoy your tour and meeting the people
who make QHS a special place. In our Blue and Gold Open House edition we would like to highlight why QHS
deserves straight A’s on its report card. At Quebec High School we have many opportunities to get involved in the
Arts, Athletics, and to participate in Active Citizenship projects, and of course, Academics.
Turn the pages to learn about these four areas that make QHS an excellent high school.
We chose Quebec High School four years ago and we have enjoyed being apart of a school that provides something
for all students. Many of the QHS Student Council members will be in the school today if you have any
questions.

About the cover photograph
Not all classrooms at QHS have ceilings! This is why we created our Outdoor Education program. Each
year students from Secondary 1-5 have a chance to take part in the junior or senior leadership camps. We
also have our Outdoor Education Club, and every year they go on various excursions into the wilderness. The
cover photograph was taken during the winter camping trip. Make sure you stop by the Outdoor Education
information table and learn more about the exciting opportunities at QHS.
