Outdoor Education Program
The Outdoor Education program at Quebec High
School is a unique initiative to introduce and
immerse our students into a world of experience
based learning.
The goal of the program is to allow students to
interact with the natural environment in a way
that allows them to discover themselves as well

an appreciation for the natural world.
Students are introduced to various outdoor
activities throughout the year. Activities that
challenge them mentally, emotionally and
physically. The objective of these activities is

of essential life skills,
such as physical health, teamwork, communication, independence, leadership, self-confidence
and social awareness.

Science Concentration
At Quebec High, our Science Concentration
program focuses on exploration,imagination, and
fun. Our students develop expertise in all four
disciplines of Science; Biology, Chemistry, Physics,
and Engineering.

Through research and investigation they learn how
to formulate questions that can be answered scientifically in order to compete in the Regional Science
Fair. Our trip to Science Education Programs is a
highlight to the program along with having fun both
in and outside if the class. It is a concentration for
all who are interested in Science.
