MODULAR SCALPER

Last year, crushing and screening specialist Pilot Crushtec International hosted a customer open day where it launched two new products: the Pilot Modular MAXIscalp 600 and the Metso Nordberg C80 jaw crusher.

South Africa-based Pilot Crushtec International, regional distributor of Metso’ s aggregate equipment in southern Africa, used its 2017 Open Day to showcase a range of in-house and imported solutions to the mining and aggregates industries.

The company also took the opportunity to launch two new products to the market: its own Pilot Modular MaxiScalp 600, designed and built in house to meet high-volume scalping needs, and the Metso Nordberg C80 jaw crusher, the primary crushing module for the Nordplant, which is intended for use in modular configurations.
Also on display was Pilot Crushtec’ s Generac range of Tower Light mobile lighting systems, 24 of which were recently purchased by contractor Liviero Mining for delivery to four of its operational sites in
Mpumalanga. The fleet of 24 VTevo Light Towers was delivered and ready within 18 hours of order confirmation.
