Johan van Wyk, recently appointed director of the Southern Africa Readymix Association, shares his thoughts on the ready-mix industry and the direction of the construction industry for 2017.
Johan van Wyk was recently appointed to the post of director of the Southern Africa Readymix Association( Sarma), having previously been general manager of the association. He takes over from Nico Pienaar, director of the Aggregate and Sand Producers Association of Southern Africa
( Aspasa). In December 2016, Van Wyk was named the Concrete Society of Southern Africa’ s Inland Branch Concrete Achiever of the Year.
