Chicago Pneumatic rounds off a fruitful
year exhibiting at Mining & Technical
Exhibition (MTE) in Limpopo.
Chicago Pneumatic impressed crowds
with its advanced CPPG5 5.5Kva portable
generator during the Mining & Technical
Exhibition (MTE) held in Amandelbult,
Limpopo, on 8 November 2018. MTE is a
sister company to Quarry Southern Africa.
Chicago Pneumatic’s high-performance
generator is the prize in various lucky
draws that were held at each of the MTE
exhibitions during 2018.
“With the MTEs drawing to a close
for the year, we were determined to
have our generators leave a positive and
lasting impression on Limpopo MTE
attendees,” states Eben van der Vyver,
business development manager at Chicago
Pneumatic Construction Equipment in
South Africa.
When the time arrived for the highly
anticipated generator give away in
Amandelbult, Van Der Vyver announced
the winner as Corne Rademan from Anglo
American Platinum.
Known for their compact, efficient and
robust tools and equipment, Chicago
Pneumatic understands the need to reduce
costs while increasing productivity and
has accordingly designed the innovative
generator to save power, minimise fuel
consumption and deliver long service
life. Equipped with rugged, quality
components to deliver consistent electrical
output, the petrol-driven generator
provides customers with steady and
efficient operation to complete their tasks
timeously.
“The CPPG5 has been a crowd pleaser
since it was displayed at the very first
2018 MTE and the responses received at
Amandelbult were certainly no different,”
comments Van Der Vyver. Visitors to
the Chicago Pneumatic stand showed
interest in viewing the portable generator’s
capabilities as well as learn more about
the company. Van Der Vyver adds that the
Amandelbult MTE was an informative
and eventful show which attracted a large
crowd of visitors.
Thanks to these generator giveaways,
