Special lighting will make this Zumba class come alive when you glow
under our black lights and move to the energetic music that Zumba

This class will focus on shifting from the active, “yang” summer
months to the more introspective and thoughtful winter months ahead
through a variety of slow-moving postures, meditations, and breath
work. Free to authorized ID card holders.
