Topics covered include, but are not limited to, coping with grief and loss, finding support, self-care, moving forward, lessons learned, etc. COLUMBIA-SUICIDE SEVERITY RATING SCALE TRAINING MON 10 SEP, 0900-1200, HEYWOOD HALL (TBS) The Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS) supports suicide risk assessment through a series of simple, plain-language questions that anyone can ask. The answers help users identify whether someone is at risk for suicide, assess the severity and immediacy of that risk, and gauge the level of support that the person needs. Since then he has been on a mission to use his story to help others in the fight to prevent suicide and find recovery. The film will be followed by 30-minute Q&A period to promote suicide prevention awareness.
