VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE NEW YEAR
Want to find ways to give back this year? Start with donating some of your time - it’s priceless.
The Single Marine Program (pg 20-21) has several volunteer opportunities this month
i.e., Adopt-a-School, Arlington Cemetery Wreath Cleanup, Cleaning up Prince William Forest
Park. Marine Corps Family Team Building (pg 6-7) is always looking for volunteers as well.
FIT IN 42 (DAYS) CHALLENGE
Take Semper Fit’s challenge to lose weight, get active, and practice healthy
lifestyle choices! Registration is 16-18 January at BPAC. See the Semper Fit spread
(pg 18-19) for all the details on registration, the challenge, teams or individual,
categories, and prizes.
SUICIDE IS PREVENTABLE
If you believe someone is thinking about suicide, there are things you can do to help.
Early identification and intervention are critical. You can take action to show them that

to assist you and your loved one.
MEDAL OF HONOR GOLF COURSE CUSTOMER APPRECIATION SPECIAL
