Coming from Camp Pendleton Staff Sergeant Sara Burgart is an Aviation Ordnance
Instructor at CNATT Detachment Camp Pendleton. She is originally from Victorville, CA
and and joined the Marine Corps in 2011. After MOS school SSgt Burgart was stationed
at Camp Pendleton, CA with HMLA-169, HMLA-469 and HMLAT-303. In 2017, SSgt
Burgart transferred to CNATT DET Camp Pendleton to serve as an Ordnance Instructor
for her MOS’s “C” School. SSgt Burgart was not focused on fitness until after pregnancy
in 2016 but now considers it a lifestyle. Her primary sport is CrossFit. This is her first time
competing in a HITT Championship.
