Coming from MCAS Iwakuni, First Lieutenant Frances Moore is a 7220 Air Traffic Control
Watch Commander with MACS-4 Detachment Bravo. Originally from San Antonio,
Texas she joined the Marine Corps in 2017 and has been stationed in Quantico, 29
Palms, Pensacola, and Iwakuni, Japan. Lieutenant Frances Moore has completed
numerous half marathons, played Division 1 soccer in college and has a martial arts
background. This is her first time competing in the HITT Championship.
