Antoinette Wright , Grants Manager for ARCA , has served two years as an Examiner . She hails from South Carolina , holds a BA from the University of South Carolina and a Master ’ s in Public Administration from South University in Savannah , Georgia .

Criteria . Although she had 100 % company support , her first year was a struggle often feeling frustrated with the work requirements . With the support and encouragement from her teammates , she transitioned from “ have to be there ” to “ want to be there .”
Her second year was better . She understood the Criteria and its value ; the overall Examiner process , and how everyone can benefit from it . Her ‘ aha ’ moment was when she realized the Criteria meant what it said , the answer is in the question , and the learning applies to both personal and professional life . She says , “ Everyone can benefit from the processes and systems .” QNM is looking forward to her returning for a 3rd year of service to help New Mexico businesses and organizations improve . overall performance .
