MTN voice calls. I will
score MTN 7/10 in voice.
On data service, MTN
has been epileptic in
some areas while it’s
stable in some other
areas. For instance, data
service is stable in
Eleyele where I reside
but when I get to my
business center around
Apata, data service is
poor.
My advice to MTN is to
improve on coverage
and quality, especially
on data service.”

MTN 8/10 on voice quality
and 5/10 on data speed
and connection.

loss of network on my
phone which you need to

“I’m at your center to retrieve my VTU SIM. Of
recent, there has been a tremendous improvement
on the network and on a scale of 1-10, I will give
MTN a 10.
The quality of data service is commendable. It used
to be quite slow but now it’s faster and better,
though still expensive.
My suggestion is for MTN to create a web based
portal where my customers can buy VTU airtime
rather than calling me, yet I still get my commission
live in Port Harcourt and ha fR&VV
