CHRIS BROWN- AMQHA JUDGE
Chris Brown brings more than 25 years of expertise to the horse show arena as a respected trainer, educator, and judge. Based in Billings, Montana, Chris is the owner and operator of CMB Performance Horses, where she has trained horses and coached youth and amateur riders to top finishes at prestigious events including the AQHA World Show, All-American Quarter Horse Congress, AQHA L1 and Regional Championships and Canadian Nationals.
In addition to her industry credentials, Chris is a tenured professor of Equestrian Studies at Rocky Mountain College, where she has spent over two decades preparing students for successful careers in the equine world. She has coached multiple Intercollegiate Horse Show Association riders to national championships and serves in national leadership roles within collegiate equestrian competition. Chris is also an internationally recognized judge and clinician, holding AQHA and NSBA judging cards and offering clinics across the U. S., Canada, and Australia.
When she’ s not in the arena or the classroom, Chris enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, including her husband, two sons, daughter-in-law, and two very special dogs. She loves boating, attending sporting events, and making the most of every opportunity to gather with friends and family. Known for her uncanny ability to strike up a conversation with just about anyone, Chris is often the life of the party and brings that same warmth and energy to the horse community she loves.
GREG BROWN- HACK & DRESSAGE JUDGE
Like most of us, Greg started his equestrian life by attending pony club. Competing in sporting, jumping and dressage events, this enabled him to develop his own interest in the discipline of showing.
Over the time he has competed successfully at Queensland agricultural shows, Sydney Royal Show, Brisbane Royal Show and Toowoomba Royal Show, Qld SHC HOTY and SHCA Grand National Show in Sydney.
Greg ventured into the dressage arena with success, a discipline that he enjoys. He is currently an accredited EFA and a Show horse Judge. He has extensive judging experience with judging assignments in N. Z.( Christchurch Royal Show and NZ Horse of the Year), appointments to judge at NSW SHC HOTY, S. A SHC HOTY, N. T. SHC HOTY.
Currently, Greg is the Western Dressage Australia Secretary and is an accredited WDA- AUS Judge with appointments to judge throughout Qld and recently Perth. Greg is honored to be asked to Judge at the AQHA National Show and would like to wish all competitors great success at the AQHA National Show.
BRENDAN BROWN- AMQHA JUDGE
AQHA professional horseman Brendan Brown has been training and showing horses since childhood. He holds judging credentials with AQHA, APHA and NSBA.
He has trained and shown world and reserve world champions in a variety of events from all around to ranch classes.
Brendan has done clinics in the US, Canada, Germany, Switzerland, Norway and Australia. He was the clinician for a previous Trans Tasman challenge and hosted the World Cup team at his ranch in Texas. He is looking forward to another rewarding trip down under.
