Organising, analysing and communicating the information gathered. We are engaged in reflective thinking - revising our original theories and propositions.
We review the big question and ask ourselves
- 'What meaning can I make of this data?'
- 'What am I learning?'
- How is this information conneced to my
lines of inquiry?'
Students synthesize their learning and beginning to make connections. New questions may emerge as a result of this processing of information.
In this phase students are typically sharing their discoveries.
This is a critical phase in the assessment of understanding.
