2.1 Basel III

Update

On 9 October 2013, BCBS published the
“Progress report on implementation of the Basel
regulatory framework”, setting out the adoption
status of Basel II, Basel 2.5 and Basel III
regulations for each Basel Committee member
jurisdiction as of end-September 2013. The
report outlines the adoption status of the riskbased capital requirements, the requirements
for global and domestic systemically important
banks, the LCR and the leverage ratio by the
Committee member jurisdictions.
