Registration Update for 2025

This past year, the Board of Directors has been actively discussing ways to involve more Young Professionals (YPs) in our quarterly networking meetings. Historically, membership registration has included only four passes per company for each meeting. However, starting in January 2025, the Board voted to add two additional passes specifically for Young Professionals. This change ensures member companies have more opportunities to engage their team members, all included within their membership fees.

“This is a value-added benefit for members, giving them the opportunity to have more representatives on the floor networking with end-users,” said Sara Alford, President of the PVF Roundtable. “The PVF Roundtable Young Professionals Committee has grown steadily and become a vital part of our fundraising efforts, helping provide students in the PVF trade with essential supplies to continue their college education with less financial burden.

“With six representatives now able to attend our networking events, we expect two key outcomes: First, companies will gain more exposure and foster valuable business connections to help grow sales. Second, increased involvement from member companies will allow the Roundtable to raise additional funds for scholarship donations, further investing in the future of the PVF industry.”

Krystal Hatfield, Media and Marketing Chair, shared her enthusiasm: “As a former member of the Young Professionals Committee and now a member of the Board of Directors, I’ve always been passionate about getting YPs more engaged in our networking meetings. It took time to bring this initiative to life, but with our new website’s enhanced registration features, implementing changes like these is now seamless. Registration will continue using an event code, and companies can now easily add two additional Young Professionals to attend.  Encouraging more Young Professionals to participate will increase awareness of our mission through expanded networking. Those passionate about fundraising will act as ambassadors, boosting the PVF Roundtable’s visibility in the community. Moreover, having more YPs involved will provide a broader volunteer base for events and operations, creating a positive feedback loop: as participation and support grow, so will our ability to increase scholarship donations in 2025.”

Member companies should be on the lookout for this new option in January 2025
